			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Industry expert Bobbi Jo Cusimano of The HOW-TO Shoppe is proud to present the lunch and learn program “How to Sell When You&#8217;re Not a Salesman” on Wednesday, June 22nd from Noon to 2:00p.m. at the Brooks Executive Center in Bonita Springs. The program is designed to bridge the gap between technicians and sales in the fields of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and pest control. Technicians in service industries will leave the program with the ability to increase sales in 90 days and the awareness of the value they bring to their company, according to professional speaker and facilitator Bobbi Jo Cusimano.</p>

<p>“In today&#8217;s highly competitive business environment, it&#8217;s imperative that technicians as well as account executives know how to sell”, explains Cusimano. “Our goal is to build on their natural abilities and skill sets. This program empowers technicians and other service and support personnel to use their unique experience to bring value to the customer and to increase their company&#8217;s bottom line.” The program cost is $197 per participant and includes lunch.
