The program is designed to bridge the gap between technicians and sales in the fields of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and pest control. Technicians in service industries will leave the program with the ability to increase sales in 90 days and the awareness of the value they bring to their company, according to professional speaker and facilitator Bobbi Jo Cusimano.

“In today’s highly competitive business environment, it’s imperative that technicians as well as account executives know how to sell”, explains Cusimano. “Our goal is to build on their natural abilities and skill sets.
